When you wake up in the morning do you ever find yourself saying "I gotta get to bed earlier."
If you're anything like us you've said this on numerous occasions and yet somehow, you still only find yourself sleeping 5-6 hours a night at best. It is a well known concept that sleep is key to recovery. As an athlete, your recovery is just as important as the work you put in the gym. We've spent a little bit of time gathering a couple helpful articles on sleep for your viewing pleasure. We encourage you to go out and look for some more research if you are interested, but these are a great place to start.
Stop burning the candle at both ends, and get some sleep already!
