Q: Are duties and taxes calculated?
No, duties and taxes are not calculated at checkout for international shipments. Due to the complexity of duties and taxes for every country we're not able to add those costs to your quote. You will be expected to pay any local duties and taxes that your country has implemented. Please note that shipping expenses are non-refundable for refused orders. If you refuse an order you will be charged the original shipping cost that we incurred to ship you the package.
Q: How do you calculate USA shipping rates?
Shipping rates to U.S. states are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products you're ordering and the distance they are traveling. Shop Now.
Q: When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 12pm EST M-F will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST M-F will be processed the following business day. After processing you will receive a tracking code via email. Expect your order to be delivered within the time frame you chose at checkout. First class mail can take up to five business days to be delivered. We're confident in our carriers abilities to deliver your package on time but we are not responsible for any carrier related delays such as routing errors or lost packages. Q: What is the difference between your salve and your cream?
Our salve is formulated to heal up damaged skin while our cream is meant to be used once or twice daily to provide maximum hydration to problem dry skin areas. Cream is maintenance, Salve is repair. Read more about our Salve or Cream.
Q: Are your products safe for pets?
Some, but not all. While we suggest using pet specific products for your animals, some of our skin care products like our salve can be used on your pets to speed their skin's recovery as well. We do not recommend spraying our odor spray directly on your pet, but you can certainly spray it on fabric that your pet lays on. In short we suggest using your best judgement and if you would like to contact us about using a specific product on your pet please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
