Rachel Campbell


Each day I choose to inspire those around me through Crossfit. I enjoy hard work and putting in the long hours in the gym that are necessary to achieve my goals. To some, my goals border the edge of insanity but this is the path I have chosen for myself and I am ready to do what it takes to achieve greatness. The olympic lifts are my specialty and working on my weaknesses is something that I enjoy doing. I plan on making regionals in 2015 and making it on to an NPGL team. When others take days off, I choose to make improvements on my fitness. Proving the nay-sayers wrong is why I push myself so hard in the gym.
